  • Ensure meeting of key ratio of each campaign for cross selling of CCPL
  • Manage achievement of sales target of campaign assigned
Business
  • Drive key ratios of tele calling (connect %, conversion %, verified %)
  • Manage quality and call audit scores
  • Drive TL productivity for lead generation
  • Achieve personal sales target for the campaign assigned
  • Segment focus, customer focus needs-based selling
  • Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.

  • Operational quality - Error free customer application & documentation
  • Responsive and responsible selling
  • Practice appropriate sales and marketing skill
  • Continuously provide feedback to the manager of the acceptance of the products in the market and suggested changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.

  • Zero tolerance Fraud, Mis-selling
  • Attend training, acquire knowledge and apply to job function
