Job Description

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel. Candidate Profile Bachelor degree is required. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in project management and / or sales. Knowledge of productivity tools and software. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making. Background in business development for IT services is MUST. Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST. Essential duties and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Work with team members to identify and manage risks. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. Research and identify new market opportunities. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization. Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain. Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Language Skills: Work Environment We have all the proposal templates , scoping questionnaires , sales presentations , contact databases and collaterals in place. what we need are good , hard working , self driven sales personnel.
