Job Description

    Our client is fast-growing consumer start-up based in Mumbai. Responsibilities: - Build the organization as a strong consumer brand by holistically looking at all aspects of marketing and consumer satisfaction- Develop growth strategy to scale up revenues with an effective return on investment- Build a differentiated and relevant brand positioning and strategy through a strong understanding of consumer insights- Identify consumer needs and trends, and develop the product portfolio to cater to them - Ensure smooth operations across the business with robust processes and review mechanisms, and tackle all challenges related to scaling up the business- Establish good tracking mechanisms of metrics for marketing, sales and consumer satisfaction, and constantly look to learn and improve on the same- Ensure business plans are developed, implemented, and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross-functional teams and aligned with the overall organizational strategy Skills & Experience: - 12-14 years experience, FMCG Background is must.- Dynamic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a sharp analytical mind- Experience in a nutraceutical/ start-up or an entrepreneurial stint will be an advantage- Strong understanding of brand and product development,
