Job Description

    • Identifies and proposes potential business by contacting prospects and explores opportunities
    • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies with the help of Business Development team, deal requirements, evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
    • Closes new business deals through Business Development team by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

    • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies with the help of Business Development team, deal requirements, evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
    • Closes new business deals through Business Development team by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
    • Monitoring service/relationship calling plan for new/existing customers
    • Develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans established by board members and executives of the Company
    • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
    • Decision making on all critical issues
    • Planning and Managing Site services within the region
    • Manage and assist with the personal development and performance measurement of all direct reports
    • Vendor selection, tie-up & managing existing vendors
    • Maintain proper and timely accounts and with the Branch accountant, coordinate directly with the Accounts team at HO on a regular basis
    • Effective Debtors management and coordination with the HO accounts team for the same
    • Trackingexpenses to ensure prudent expense management
    • Ensuring that each person works towards expense controls in their respective work areas.
    • Reinforcing the importance of expense management within the team
