    Role Responsibilities Risk Management
    • Identifying, tracking, monitoring and closure of CPBB Credit Initiation and Fraud risk Management Operational Risk issues and events
    • Constant monitoring and tracking of the key risk indicators of the unit
    • Analyzing and interpreting the root cause of the risks, mitigating and closing the risk issues.
    • End to End responsibility for first line risk management for the two departments, viz. Credit Initiation and Fraud Risk Management.
    Key Objectives -
    • End to End responsibility for first line risk management for the two departments, viz. Credit Initiation and Fraud Risk Management. This includes
    • Responsible for recording, maintaining and monitoring of risk in the tracking system.
    • Responsible for managing and tracking operational loss and fraud loss issues of the unit.
    • Tracking and submission of the RIR template and engaging with stakeholders for discussion of ORF ratings/ rationale for each process. Submission & management of actions item arising out of various in country & group forums. CNFRC, CRC, RBNFRF, LKCSA, TPRM, DGF, CMT, etc
    • Monitoring, managing and tracking of CST & KCI for the unit
    • Responsible for end to end process management of Concurrent Audit review for all products as per the RBI regulation including review, tracking and closure of observations
    • Responsible for managing Quality Assurance (QA) process of assurance checks on decisioned applications including portfolio management applications.
    • To ensure they adhere to policies and process standards
    • Facilitate, coordinate and support for various internal/external audits/reviews and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information is provided. Tracking actions against audits and internal reviews and reporting the status of these actions periodically to the appropriate governance forums
    • Develop & design scope for thematic reviews as per requirement for the unit
    • Supporting in RBI submissions and addressing RBI queries
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including GBS and ensure submissions are made on a timely basis
    • Ensure that the submissions are accurate, complete, reconciled (where relevant) and specific to the requirements.
    • Ensuring updation and maintenance of DOI.
    • Be engaged in projects as and when required
    Our Ideal Candidate Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
    • Performance of root cause review/ root cause analysis
    • Strong analytical and interpretation skills along with process & policies understanding
    • Operational Risk Management
    • Proficiency in excel, ppt and other applications
    • Preferably should have had exposure to cross-functional interactions and strong stakeholder management.
    • Excellent PR skills and creativity.
    • Uncompromising approach to problem resolution
    • Strong Learning aptitude
