Job Description

We need empathetic career counselor to students with deciphering and selecting their preferred career trajectories. You have to work with people who have questions about different careers and educational paths.Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Good communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentations.
  2. Computer Skill
  3. Ability to coordinate events and engage with interact with varied sectors / persons.
  4. Knowledge of regional language to Read/Write/Speak fluently.
  5. Establish a relationship of trust and respect with students
  6. Encourage Students to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others
  7. Actively listen to Students concerns and empathise with their position
  8. Help students towards a deeper understanding of their concerns
  9. Attend supervision and training courses
  10. Also providing career guidance
  11. Maintaining relationship with parents as well
  12. Generating New Leads By various sources and methods
  13. Fix Appointments with Prospective Leads
  14. We need person having good convening skills towards Counselling and Career guidance of the Courses. Having experience towards conversion of enquiry through Walk-in and Telephonic enquiries.
  15. Regular follow up of walk-in and telephonic enquires for Enrolment for the suitable course.
  16. Freshers with good communication skills and zeal to work are also preferred.
  17. Regional Languages for different offices are preferable.
Relevant Experience (preferable):Minimum 1 year experience in career counselling and guidance activities, skill development activities, conducting training programmes at schools / colleges, etc.Key Language Skills Candidates should have good communication skills in any of the languages like English ,Hindi, Tamil , Malyalam , Telugu, Oriya , Bengali , Assamese , Gujarati , Marathi, or any other regional languages which will be used for Career counselling , online career guidance support ,tele-calling ,academic advice ,Academic Counsellor etc.Salary: Depends upon profile and experienceLocation: Work from Home / our associate officesAge Limit- NoneKey Skills: Good communication skill ,regional Languages ,career counsellingguidance activities
