Responsibilities:Drive , develop and enable one of the company s channel partnersCreate a valid business planning , execute and adjust based on market changesCoordinate all the actors in these leads: Partners , distributors , marketing , etcRegularly attend End User sales appointments with Channel PartnersBuild a strong pipeline based on existing customers and new business creationMaintain strong relationship with partners at all levels and recruit new re - sellersProvide regular pipeline updates and lead generation activity reportsProvide sales / marketing campaign support to re - sellersEducate and train the dedicated channelsPerform sales planning , leading to accurate forecasting of the businessRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in the corporate channel partnersProven leadership of partner recruitment and enablementGood understanding of SecurityResult oriented and action drivenGood understanding of IT - SecurityProject planning - and project management skillsAbility to work autonomously and in virtual teamsExperience in managing large national channel partners is a plusUsing highly experienced recruitment consultants and using a 360 degree holistic approach , we can find the best executive candidate for your vacant position in the APAC region.
