Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:High level Accounting MISBudget planning, cost variance analysisReconciliation, and certification of balance sheet on every quarter and year end.Preparing month end AccrualsResponsibility to present financial reports to the managementProduce monthly MIS reports/PPTs and present to senior/top managementResponsible for functional as well as Finance Operations level initiativesManage work related to daily operations of FinanceOversee the duties of the accounting team.Implement accounting systems and processes.Reconcile income statements.Prepare monthly financial reports.Control the master data of the general register.Review and release online banking payments.Ensure compliance with state revenue service.Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.Manage the full financial process.Prepare an expense budget report.Chartered Accountant Requirements:Bachelors degree in accounting.CA degree.Completion of Articles.Registration with accredited statutory body and association.Certified Public Accountant (CPA).Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.Filing of corporate tax returns.Experience in providing financial advice.Should be aware about:Financial sector.Banking Regulations-RBIStock Market Regulations- SEBISEBI regulationsBanking Laws and RegulationsKnowledge about Indian Economy, economic policies, Issues.
