CIB F&BM Global Program Management - Project Execution- P&A Project Manager AssociateCorporate & Investment Bank - Project Execution group partners with business stakeholders and technology to deliver projects that address the control, efficiency and business priorities as identified by the CFOs and their Global Controllers, Global P&A teams and Business Managers.The Project Execution group oversees end-to-end project execution including: Project Plans, Requirements, Design, Testing, Stakeholder Management, Governance, Dependency Management, and Benefit Realization.The P&A Business Analyst/Project Manager will manage P&A and Controllers projects and dependencies simultaneously as well as maintain and manage relationships across various Finance Business and Technology teams. Responsibilities The P&A Business Analyst/Project Manager will work with the F&BM project/program execution teams to deliver on initiative across the Finance strategic architecture, including strategic platforms for planning and forecasting (Paragon), FIT (Forecasting Intelligence Tool), and Daily Revenue Reporting (DRR).Key responsibilities: Manage projects end-to-end from initiation to go-live. Manage forums for project updates and manage project scorecards. Develop understanding of strategic applications, thoroughly review the solution, engage with the business and provide feedback to Technology. Compile and write business requirements. Manage UAT end-to-end; this includes defining test strategy, engaging line of business in testing and general test management. Develop operating models; this includes assessing operating model considerations and documenting flows and touch-points. Create training material and coordinate training sessions for users.Qualifications At least 7 10 years Business analysis / Project Management experience, preferably in Financial Services Bachelors Degree preferred. Project experience working with technology and business a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Attention to detail o Team oriented and can work well in global collaborative model Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of a variety of software, including project management (MS Project) and other MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. VISIO is a plus. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) P&A and/or Controllers business experience a plus.
