Job Title:CIO Office - PMO-Business Manager Date:24-Nov-2021Department:ISPL CIB CIO OFFICELocation:MumbaiBusiness Line / Function:ISPL Business ManagementReports to: (Direct) Grade: (if applicable) (Functional) Number of Direct Reports:0Directorship / Registration:NAPosition PurposeResponsible for Planning, Co-ordinating, Executing and Overseeing projects for the CIO Office. Represent CIB IT in all ISPL initiatives during meetings, presentations and co-ordinate with different clusters to collect data with high quality and consolidate and present them in a timely manner. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Key Projects portfolio for CIB IT
  • Initiate a governance activity, follow-up, monitor and close in time.
  • Represent CIB IT in ISPL meetings to understand the ask, discuss with HOD and take appropriate actions
  • Responsible MIS Reporting for CIO Office
  • Knack for making presentations and reports to Senior Mgmt.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to Coordinate with different departments (e.g. Projects, Finance, HR etc.)
  • Highly analytical with an ability to infer, Analyze, Maintain the KPI s in line with SLA.
  • Contribute to improvement and enhancement of dashboard/ presentations etc. and come up with simplified data collection mechanisms and provide tactical data to HOD for making decisions periodically on cost, head count and other ad-hoc data as required from time to time.
  • Ensure quality of data collected from teams for the purpose of governance, is accurate and doesnt have conflicts
  • Partner with the Leadership team to establish and maintain Governance controls for CIB IT.
  • Reporting to ensure effective decision making. This includes budgets and ongoing financial management, resource management.
  • Provide periodic updates to CIO/HOD on the status of tasks.
  • Facilitate complex business case development, managing internal and external stakeholders to meet agreed targets, delivering cost efficient solutions.
  • Proactively develop and deliver analysis, management information and reporting to support and drive decision making at all levels of governance
  • Participate in the automation of PMO processes
Contributing Responsibilities
  • Prepare executive presentations for Sr. Management
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Coordinate with different departments (e.g. Project Services, Performance Management, HR etc.) to gather and analyze the information
Technical & Behavioral Competencies The ideal candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience of:
  • 7-9 years of business management / project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage change with ease
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time and people effectively.
  • Fluency in communication. A good command on both verbal & written is essential for articulation
