Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Know latest trends on various AAA tools, applicability & advantages. Hands-on experience in Installation, Management, deployment tools .
  • Candidates should able to perform following activities smartly:
  • Overall part of Cisco ISE, Licensing, Configuration, Operation Troubleshooting, Reporting and Analysis.
  • CISCO ISE Implementation on UCS platform.
  • Define monitoring parameters, reports & hence scope for delivery team.
  • Analyze, use and configure ISE applications for medium to critical complex networks
  • Manage workload and other assignments efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations reliable and professionally
  • Provide systems product training and mentoring to other s and assist in problem resolution where required
  • Escalate systems and problems to L3 resources and resolve on a timely basis
  • Accurately and completely document problems and solutions on case notes and bug reports
  • Perform lab testing for advance configuration & troubleshooting on ISE tools
  • Knowledge of Network Management, NMS software applications and NMS applications platforms would be added advantage.

Qualification Work Experience:

  • Should have Minimum 3- 4 years of experience with AAA Architecture, Wireless and routing - switching technologies
  • Knowledge on virtualization
  • CISCO ISE / AAA experience is required.
  • Strong SNMP NETWORK PROTOCOL skill.
  • Good knowledge on Linux Windows server.
  • Good knowledge on database ORACLE SQL.
  • Knowledge of TCP/ IP v4, Cisco Routers, Cisco switches, AAA, Radius is desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work with cross- functional teams
  • Ability to determine problems and deliver known solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with and provide guidance to other members of the work group
  • Also having knowledge on monitoring, network security, performance, capacity environmental alarms events.
  • Integration of ISE with NMS other networking devises and tools.
  • Investigate resolve device authentication failures
  • Develop and implement new device profiles, Implement posturing.
  • Test and deploy new releases or patches to Cisco ISE environment
  • Build and analyses of ISE rules to comply with client network security policies
  • Create and manage vendor support cases to identify and resolve code bugs in ISE software
  • Competent to perform all development, integration and system administration assignments without close supervision,
