Job Description

Colliers International is a leading global Real Estate services company in the midst of a dynamic transformation and growth phase across APAC. The Mumbai Capital Markets business has displayed excellent performance and there is currently an opportunity for a Manager level professional to join the team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Handle property acquisitions transaction across different asset classes including hotels, offices, residential, industrial, logistics and mixed - use.
  • Responsible for due diligence matters including preliminary environmental assessments, public record mining and analysis, valuation, and tax liability.
  • Handle acquisition negotiations.
  • Liaised with top business media outlets on updating project progression.
  • Produced and presented investment and hedging strategies to clients/prospects and prepared recommendations on forex risk management.
  • Carry out asset monitoring and regional volatility analysis.
  • Prepared internal and external reports.
Qualifications
  • At least 4years of working experiences in Real Estate Investment market.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
  • In - depth understanding of business environment and sound business acumen.
  • University degree or above, majoring at Real Estate Management.
