1. Incubate and implement the DI recruitment strategy across the company. Customize Unit requirements on diversity sourcing.
2. Create and implement recruitment dashboards.
3. Conduct attrition analysis for specific groups.
Note: The candidate may be required to do both WFH and WFO depending on the need. Note: Duration of the project is 6 Months (Extendable)
Skills Required1. Strong/extensive experience in BFSI recruitment. 2. Strong and extensive experience in mid-senior level sourcing in BFSI. 3. Strong network/connect with recruitment consultants across distribution/service sectors. 4. Strong knowledge of multiple sourcing channels. 5. Work ex 14 17 years. 6. Mumbai based candidates preferred. 7. Understanding DI is an advantage.
