Job Description

*Business FunctionTechnology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Purpose Manage Cash/INR product and projects.Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure INR processing in accurate and timely manner
  • Knowledge of RTGS/NEFT
  • Knowledge on Inward remittance handling for Vostro payments.
  • Experience on working with SWIFT MT 103
  • Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest level
  • Achieve agreed SLAs
  • Compliance to local /group guidelines and regulations
  • Establish control points and ensure the adherence
  • Deliver new projects as per timelines
Job Duties & responsibilities
  • Processing & managing INR Remittance
  • Various regulatory reportings
  • Reporting of R returnes
  • Daily Operations Control
  • Daily Reconciliation
  • Query Handling for External & Internal Customers
  • Various Projects allocated
  • Various UAT s assigned by Tech Team
