To meet and greet all visitors approaching the desk in a friendly and professional way
Sign in all visitor s using the visitor management system
Email hosts to make them aware of their guest arrival
Ensure all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously at all times.
Deal with all couriers and deliveries accordingly by reflecting them into the post book and SendSuite system
Book taxi s and local/international couriers as and when needed for members of staff by using booking systems
Keep the desk clean and tidy at all times
Deal with lost and found property in accordance to site policy
Report any maintenance issues within the ground floor to the help desk
Deal with any reasonable requests from Reception Team Leader, FOH Manager and Anabas Management team
Assist with keeping the PA and Useful contact list updated
Cover the Switchboard when required
Fully comply with Company policies and procedures
