Signing of new SLA agreements with new leasing companies for new business. Regular follow ups with the existing accounts for new business opportunities. Developing new business with major fleet owners, hotels, medical professionals, chartered accountants and SME customers. Assigning targets to the team and to take the responsibility to get the targets achieved on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis. Distribution of enquiries in a properly basis to the team. Completion of test drive targets by the team. Monthly assessments of the team on individual basis. Reporting to the principles and management on weekly and monthly basis. Getting the all necessary corporate documents uploaded in the system for corporate claims. Getting special approvals for fleet deals from the principles. Ensuring no customer escalation are done to the principles regarding any complaints.
