Job Description

Credit Analyst - Real Estate for a Leading Finance Co at AndheriRole and Responsibilities :- Credit underwriting of real estate proposals. construction finance proposals- Assessment of borrower profile, analysis of financial statements and Analysis Cash Flow, personal discussion with the clients to understand their business, finance requirements & creditworthiness.- Preparation of proposals notes and cash flow projections to be presented to the committee for sanction - Co-ordination with the internal technical team, legal team, operations team and compliance team to ensure smooth flow of the proposal from log-in to disbursal. - Drafting of Term sheet, Sanction Letter and loan documents. - Post disbursement portfolio monitoring of the cases ensuring adherence to all compliances - Ensuring adequacy of the Security and Receivables cover, tracking the sales of the project and its subsequent collections in the escrow account and monitoring projected cash-flow with actuals. Also servicing borrowers regularly request like NOCs etc. monitoring LTV breach, EMI bounces.,
