Job Description

    1. Resolve customer complaints and provide knowledgeable answers to customer queries.2. Assist clients on offline and online orders, deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics3. Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, buyers, etc4. Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry5. Assist customers with after-sales service issues. Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.6. Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client. Maintain and update regular client correspondence7. Review purchase orders and shipments prior to dispatch. Coordinate and track the delivery logistic channels8. Co-ordinate with Vendors to get required procurements and marketing collaterals on given TAT9. Work with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and timely operations10. Maintaining and analysing weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly customer database11. Provide complete end-to-end resolution to customer issues12. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns13. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act14. Uploading, editing, scheduling and managing ecommerce website content, services & operations.
