This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe Credit Centre of Excellence (Credit CoE) within GB Banking Platform is responsible for defining, validating and ultimately delivering process and/or system changes that aims to improve and support front line Credit Fulfilment client journey.This role works within the Credit Centre of Excellence (Credit CoE) team and is responsible for:

  • Provide Change Management and Project Management expertise to engage, mobilise and transition a global user base onto a target Client Lifecycle Management operating model
  • Use a structured change management approach to bring the target state to life for users on the ground
  • Own and produce key change management deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bought-in throughout delivery
  • Drive delivery of successful communications, engagement, training and business implementation outcomes across global teams.
  • Support the Programme Manager in driving successful user adoption of operating model implementations on a global scale
  • Lead and drive key change management outcomes end to end, including:
  • Communications and engagement planning and delivery to drive awareness and mobilization across a broad range of global stakeholders
  • Business Impact Assessments, including qualitative and quantitative analysis to articulate target state impacts -and active management of response plans across impacted business units
  • Training planning, curriculum development and delivery across impacted stakeholder groups
  • Operational Readiness activities required to successfully transition business teams into the target state, such as team mobilization, risk assessments, business process testing, business go-live support, formal transition to BAU, etc.
  • Effective project planning, management and tracking.
  • Manage and effectively engage key stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, compliance, FCC and IT to deliver workstream outcomes
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Significant change management and business implementation delivery at scale -either global or regional coverage, supporting multiple impacted business functions.
  • Experience in deliveries using Agile methodology will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience of using structured change management approaches in large scale delivery
  • Self-started, independent and an eye for detail; able to work hands-on individual contributor as well as workstream/delivery lead as needed
  • Strong proactive working style; able to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight
  • Brings innovative thinking and dynamic working style to enable change and engagement outcomes; able to weigh short-and long-term options to drive optimal end user engagement and understanding
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage, influence and manage senior business stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Banking / Finance / Management from a reputable university
  • Project Management certified; PMP, Prince2 or Agile (PMI-ACP)
  • Change Management certified; (CCMP) or Prosci certified will be preferred
