This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesJob PurposeManages end to end releases into various non-production & production environment, ensuring the state of what is deployed in each environment is always known. Handles Change management, Technology Governance related controls like RAT (Release attestation process), SIA, TDA, TDM, and other controls as per SDF framework. Manages & tracks project deliverables against timelines, provides updates to Management, handles dependencies & works closely with various teams by running Scrum ceremonies in capacity of a scrum master embracing the New Ways of Working (NWOW) and socialising best practices thereby bringing the team up the curve in agile delivery model. Project BackgroundAs part of the client Tax information Reporting, the aim is to maintain a data layer to facilitate the client tax information reporting globally. The strategic reporting tool will use a vendor product called FiTAx as a reporting engine and will integrate with upstream tax data mart applications Processes

• Ensure adherence to Change & incident management process by Coordination and working with other teams in the organization for getting a release deployed into production.

Risk Management

• Work in coordination with Production support & SRE to maintain stability of production & non-production applications
• Is able to collaborate with relevant IT teams and business users who may be Product owner or end users to manage a problem resolution effectively
• Work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically

Process and Governance

• Strictly adheres to Technology governance, TDA, SDF and Change & Release Management controls
• Ensure clear tracking, renewal and oversight on required project documents such SLA, OLA, Architecture etc and other mandatory artefacts in release attestation tool
• Coordinate SIT/UAT/PT and system integration testing with relevant teams.
• Answer project or timeline related user queries supporting UAT/SIT/PT & other related activities
• Provide updates to the program manager, domain head and business with regards to progress and issues, where appropriate

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities

• Overall 10+ years total experience in IT preferably Banking or Financial Services Domain
• Minimum 8 + years of Project Management, SDLC, Change Management & Governance
• Professional Certifications in PMP, and Agile is necessary
• Experience with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and toolsets (Git, JIRA, Confluence)
• Technical knowledge with ability to appreciate Development lifecycle, DevSecops, API, with on-prem and cloud native application infrastructure
