PROCESS:1.Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns2.Design, build and maintain our social media presence3.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)4.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights5.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies6.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests7.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience8.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points9.Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels10.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners11.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate12.Transforming from agency driven to in-house digital marketing functioning13.Supporting in building in-house digital marketing function14.Cost optimization and lead generation, New product developmentREQUIREMENT:1.Proven working experience in digital marketing2.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns3.Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate4.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels5.Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments6.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster and other advance analytical tools)7.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement8.Graduate with minimum6-7years of relevant work experience9.Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
