Digital Product Manager (DPM) is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to build digital products and deliver innovative digital experiences. DPM will proactively drive the product forward and lead the interaction with development, design, business development, marketing, operations and executives. DPM will lead analysis of existing users and engagement data to understand our customers and validate assumptions. Working directly with development, you will prioritize and define product development. The product roadmap will be yours to own and your responsibility to align it with relevant KPIs.We will rely on you to use multiple systems to organize, follow up, keep data up to date and report to key stakeholders. Expected to have an excellent knowledge of our companys services and products and be able to create digital solutions for B2B, and secondarily to end-customers (B2C).Expected to be a driver, problem-solver and always finding ways to improve customer experience as part of companys Digital Transformation.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES- Own digital product and feature roadmaps and be responsible for the product strategy.- Drive digital product discussions such as, vision, goals, tenets, narratives, business reviews, product status with stakeholders with executives (technical/non-technical).- Define features and work with software engineers, designers, and researchers to build and maintain them.- Able to impact product brand, CX/usability, technical and feature design trade-offs, team engineering roadmaps (internal/external), segment adoption, and org business goals.- Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital product management teams- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life-cycle- Technical background with knowledge of agile software development and web technologies- Great energy and good communication abilities- Launch consumer-facing products and services in high growth environment- Good organizational skills,
