1. End to end Marketplace management. (Amazon.com & other International Market)2. Manage daily operations for ecommerce including Updating Product catalogue.3. Oversee the product content presented on Marketplaces.4. Manage individual and bulk listings and account health.5. End-to-End Channel Management of all marketplaces6. Continuously oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon Algorithm research, and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our product across the channel7. Monitor and analyse ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.8. Identify opportunities by keeping up with industry trends and competitive landscape.9. To line manage and develop an expert e-commerce team, allocating tasks and activities on a day to day basis, with a view to increasing productivity and sales.10. Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports related to sales, inventory and projections.11. Responsible for listing analysis and correction, based on customer and marketplace issues. Analysis to be done of parent child relation of listings, sku wise review.12. Coordinating with seller support.13. Creation of marketplace wise listing standardisation document.14. Review seller ratings, ensuring that all communication with customers is conducted in a manner that will maintain and/or increase ratings.15. Ensure FAQ responses in coordination with content team as and when they arise.16. Build training programmes for team and ensure that all members of the team are fully trained at all times17. Monitor team performance and motivate them, oversee and check the work of the team regularly to ensure that high quality standards are maintained and assist in the development of the team members skills.18. Set-up all the standard operating processes required for the smooth running of day-to-day activities.19. Daily operations and coordination with existing ecommerce Websites20. Drive development in the strategic planning, budgeting and sales strategy approach.21. Monitoring customer feedback, resolving queries -Liaising with logistics team to optimise delivery schedule22. Planning, Executing & Handling complete business operations of e-commerce at each level with the team23. Planning and implementing visibility activities for the brand24. Work closely with Marketing team to ensure the budgets are allocated properly to e-commerce and used wisely25. End to end understanding of e-commerce - across digital marketing, fulfilment, CRM etc.
