As an Engineering Manager you will manage the tech roadmap of one of our products/ key modules, drive end- to- end product development and contribute to our software product development strategy. You will be hands- on and lead all engineering initiatives - which will primarily include bringing a fresh perspective to our engineering processes, building robust systems, ensuring delivery of product roadmaps, upholding a strong engineering culture and mentoring engineering teams. You will be responsible for innovating on and identifying areas of continuous improvement in the product development lifecycle Architect technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions and champion their adoption Develop roadmaps for system and product growth. Frequently share and seek feedback Manage team leads along with their team of 7- 10 top notch engineers Key Skills Strong grasp over scalable web back- end, streaming, full stack development Good experience in handling production and performance issues, as well as all platform technologies Deep understanding and expertise with highly transactional, large relational and complex web/ desktop based systems Experience in hiring and growing a top notch engineering team Solid understanding of business processes and the application of technology to implement and thereafter streamline them Strong leadership and communication skills Hands- on experience in developing, designing and scaling complex systems 6- 9 years of experience in good product based companies.
