Job Description: 1Preparation of drawings with the help of a draftsmana. P&ID, schematic drawingsb. Equipment layout drawingsc. Piping layout drawingsd. Ducting layout drawingse. Electrical layout drawings2Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for HDPE pipes and fittings, uPVC/ CPC pipes and fittings, MS pipes and fittings.3Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for pipe trenches, manholes, equipment foundations and MS/ GI supports.4Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for submersible pumps and re- circulation pumps for ground water applications.5Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for plate heat exchangers.6Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for instrumentation/ controls cables, twisted pair communication cables and relevant cable fittings.7Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for plate heat exchangers.8Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for water cooled chillers, cooling towers, water- cooled package units, water- cooled split units.9Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for pressure gauges, temperature gauges, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow meters, BTU meters, level sensors, level switches.10.Preparation of specifications and estimation of quantities for bore well and tube well drilling.11.Preparation of indents for procurement.12.Site installation quality check by comparing site installation work with drawings.13.Preparation of design basis reports including start- up and commissioning procedures.14.Evaluation of technical bids.15.Development of vendors through technical capabilities evaluation.16Communication with customers, vendors and internal teams through both verbal and written communications channels. The candidate needs to demonstrate the following abilities: Ability to performance all the tasks mentioned in the JD.Quickness in engineering calculations and analysis.3.Understanding of IS/ BS/ ASTM standards,
