1. End to end responsible for the incident and follow up on TT from reported till incident resolved and TT closed. 2. Handling escalated cases resolved within defined MTTR. 3. Coordination with other work group for resolution of identify problem. 4. To analyzed the performance of customer circuits and initiate actions to improve the availability. 5. To maintain track customer KPI s TT. 6. Providing support and coordinating with the customer, field and NHQ in the fault rectification. 7. Interaction with NPE, NPO and Circle Operations team to take corrective actions required for customer circuits. 8. Prepare SOP / MOP for used cases troubleshooting guides for different services. 9. To guide provide training to L1 engineers for configurations, fault management and troubleshooting.4 to 12 years
