  • Developing, maintaining, and governing the companys enterprise environment management processes.
  • Implementing Environment solutions for projects in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Implementing technical updates on the systems complying with the Group requirements and methodology.
  • Communicating and collaborating with all applicable teams for environment setup, code deployments, configurations and data loads needed to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Defining and implementing processes needed to ensure environment stability including issue tracking and resolution.
  • Troubleshooting, managing and tracking Environment Incidents & Service Requests in conjunction with technical teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Ensure environments documented and procedures to facilitate application installs ready for handover to operational teams.
  • Assisting in the technical testing of internal and external systems and services like stress and load testing; vulnerability testing; penetration testing etc.
  • Ownership of developing and maintaining environment related metrics with responsibility to provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Mentoring, guiding and leading other team members.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of professional experience in technical project management, IT technical lead or infrastructure role.
  • Experience in IT Environment Management in a corporate environment.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Technical background in software engineering and delivery.
  • Demonstrable expertise with engineering tools such as, Jira, Confluence or similar.
  • Cloud experience or exposure to various cloud-based applications.
  • Agile experience or exposure.
  • Team leadership, mentoring and guiding experience.
  • Able to understand business requirements and translate into actions/documentations.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy
  • Strong relationship management experience with influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Creative mind be able to suggest ideas and drive innovation.
  • Able to understand the big picture and the details.
  • Able to priorities tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Good communication skills oral and written.
  • Strong organizational, time management and administration skills
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
