Working experience on O365 is a must Experience in remote hardware troubleshooting is required Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop and server issues Experience/Knowledge on Virtualization, HyperV, Azure, AWSwill be added advantage Candidate must have at least 4 6 Years of relative experience. Basic knowledge of networking is required. Switches, Routers,Firewall.The candidate must have good communication skills Ready to work in 24/7 shifts as a team member.The candidate is responsible to attend all L1 & L2 support calls servers,desktops, and networks.
