Job Description

Identify and establish contacts with potential shippers and consignees
Proactively respond to sales inquiries from new and existing shippers and consignees
Achieving sales targets thereby contributing to the growth of the organization.
Negotiating and closing sales.
Communicating with the customers, meeting their requirements, providing end to end services to enhance service delivery
Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support across the company

Desired Candidate Profile

The desired candidate should have good knowledge of freight forwarding sales.
He should be able to independently generate the business for the company.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and customer service skills.
Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
Highly innovative and proactive.
