Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities1. Managing the weekly, monthly agenda with an ability to prioritise.2. Excellent in verbal and written communication (English)3. Making the travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).4. Managing the upkeep of the office.5. Organised meetings and preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and taking the minutes of the meeting.6. Liaising with relevant organisations and clients7. Filling and maintaining all the important document, data and contacts.8. Ability to screen calls, understand with multiple people and situations.9. Assisting in research and following up on matters an as required.10. Making presentations and reports.11. Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the MD.Desired Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate (with excellent academics) from a reputed College, Schooling from a reputed English Medium School
  • 2 (Two) Years experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication (English) .
  • Ability to prioritize, work on her own initiative.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good working knowledge of Computer, Internet, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good Typing speed
  • Age - Between 22 Years to 30 years
