Job Description

" Executive - SoftHelp

  • Work experience in Microsoft SQL server 2008 & 2012 & Crystal Reports 8 & 10 is must
  • Reporting to: Manager
Level:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Desired Qualification:
  • Required experience range:2-3 years

Purpose: Ecu-Tech takes care of the development of the in-house software and controls its own IT network etc. For further expansion of our team, we are looking for a motivated, flexible and dynamic colleague.Roles and Responsibilities:
  • You will be partly responsible for the supporting of our IT solutions in our offices
  • Based upon a thorough analysis you are able to find the link between the software and a specific problem/need of the end user
  • You will support and report before and after the implementation
  • Report/register through our Ecutech Helpdesk Tool
  • You vouch for the satisfaction of our end users (Ecu-offices)
