Job Description

  • Provide analytical and business partnering support for assigned business(es) including financial statement analysis, gross margin analysis, business performance commentary, and forecasting.
  • Liaise with the business teams for effective P&L management and delivery.
  • Analyzing income and expense lines of the P&L & timely preparation of various MIS. Providing overview of the P&L along with variance analysis of actual v/s the planned and previous period numbers.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/ yearly reports for FP&A lead & management reviews.
  • Lead the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company.
  • Support the strategic business planning process
  • Routinely communicate business unit and company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications. Coordinate the capital spending review process for the company.
  • Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process and treasury operations through analytical review and trend analysis.
  • Participate in the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the organization.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics of the sectors (liaise with sector associates)
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • A Chartered Accountant with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, sound accounting knowledge and working knowledge of SAP.
Nice to Have
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion. Big 4 / healthcare industry experience preferred.
