Job Description

    Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.Analysis of the booksReporting to managementProducing accountsMonitoring the performance of the departmentAuditingOverseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issuesContributing to decisions regarding financial strategyEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingMaintain a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresManage outsourced functionsOversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the departments goals and objectivesOversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.Requirements:Minimum Relevant 4 7 years experienceGood written as well as oral communication skillsPro-efficient in Microsoft ExceThorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedureExperience with creating financial statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processExcellent accounting software user and administration skillsHighest level of professional and personal honesty, integrity and ethics
