Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing relationships within corporate clients of HDFC Life in the assigned geography
Serve as the single point of contact for on-boarding customers
Ongoing servicing of clients from policy issuance to claim settlement
Act as the go-to-person for solving customer queries/issues
Responsible for cross-sell/ up-sell within the allocated customers

Skills:

Effective listening & business communication skills ( English)
Good at managing relationships with senior stakeholders
Quick learner
Efficient time management
Basic understanding of financial products will be advantageous
