Communicating & Corresponding with Shipper / Exporter. Knowledge of Export - Bill of Lading, GSP, Certificate of Origin, L/ C Updating Shipment details in Excel Sheet. Co- ordinate with Shipping Line to Release the Bill Of Lading. Mainten Daily Bill Of Lading Report. Updating container gate in / docs handover status to the shipper. Solving customer queries received through mail and telecom Customer co- ordination and communication Knowledge on Advance Excel. Experience: 4 years,
