Job Description

Experience: 12-15 years Qualification: BE / MBA Accountable for the GIS Business Development for the company and own a sales domain target Responsible for achieving Business Targets given by Company Management Work closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales supply chain to deliver business result Responsible for Funnel Creation, Manage market development drive cross-category, cross-country strategic initiatives Set up of operations starting from Scoping, Budgeting to Hiring, Target Setting Execution In depth understanding of technology, its core applications in various domains (primarily GIS solutions) and key benefits to those domains Make excellent presentations blending business and technology and convince the customer of inevitability of the technology for their organization Possess strong solutions selling skills identifying stated and unstated requirements of a prospective customer and proposing the right solution to address their key problems Ability to engage with IT teams and consultants at different organizations and effectively handle objections raised by them Comfortable engaging with the top management of organizations Should have hands-on experience in dealing with Government Customer Should have created large value opportunities and ensured end-to-end closures Understanding of end-to-end solutions, ability to estimate efforts and prepare high quality realistic RFPs and techno-commercial proposals Ability to build relationships at all levels in a customer organization and possess very strong large account management skills Sufficient understanding of financial aspects of transactions and ability/skill to collect receivables in time Be a trusted advisor to customer being treated more like a consultant than a sales person Confidence of solving long-pending customer problems in a timely manner with appropriate resolution by escalating at the right levels internally. Have sufficient credibility within own organization for this. Should be a strategic thinker and possess ability to plan business activities with short, medium and long term goals and through awareness of industry trends and external environment. Communicate continuously with internal stakeholders and offer Marketing and Proposal inputs to BD Team. Formulating pricing and services strategies to maximize client base as well as revenues Forecast, plan and execute on the quarterly annual business plans for the territory Training and hand holding a team of sales individuals, including Sales Managers to form a highly motivated Sales team Network as the face of the company at industry events, seminars / conferences and demonstrating concepts and solutions position Ceinsys as a System Integrator Managing end-to-end client relationships pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting Creating a culture of consistent sales process improvement Tracking competition, creating pricing sales strategies to ensure a competitive edge Handle a team of resources spread across India Generation of business in Utilities, Municipal corporations, Smart Cities, Government bodies for GIS based applications web solutions Ensure smooth communication between sales, management and execution team Should have hands-on knowledge experience of carrying our Project planning, management execution. Experience in system requirement study and recommendations Should have adequate experience know-how of GIS technology platforms of ESRI and/or Hexagon Technical Documentation and building marketing collaterals in Geospatial domain Assist clients to troubleshoot issues, suggest workflows, achieve results in projects and educate users on using ESRIs suite of products Provide Consultation, demonstrations to customers across government-private segments. Hands-on experience of techno-commercials analysis, risk analysis, competitive market analysis technological benchmarking. Project Workflow Creation solutioning Establishing healthy relationship with internal external stakeholders to provide support better co-ordination for completion of task in hand,
