Job Description

We seek candidates with strong subject matter expertise in the area of patient support and engagement programs (PSP). The candidate should have a strong understanding of the PSP space in India, its evolution, and key trends that have emerged in the last 2 years. Strong knowledge of competition and their activities is a must. The candidate should have the acumen to design PSP solutions and constantly adapt them to changing market needs. The candidate should have played an instrumental role in generating business for PSP as well as executing these programs following stringent governance and compliance guidelines. The candidate should have strong industry connections and should be able to sell the organizations solutions.A minimum experience of 10 years in roles involving business development, delivery team leads, and subject matter experts of which at least 5-6 years should be of working on the agency/PSP partner side. Knowledge and experience of working in the local Indian market are a must!Principal Accountabilities:Understanding of PSP landscape in India- Understanding of the changing trends, the emergence of new players, evolving client needs inpatient care and engagement- Understanding of competition products and solutions, key clientele, strengths and weaknesses, future strategy for growth- Understanding of new players emerged in this space, their solutions and fitment to patient careBusiness development and client relationship management- Product development and up gradation to keep with changing market needs- Business development to tap into key clients, understand their business objectives, and design the optimal solution - Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients, and prepare business proposals and price the services with extensive budget preparationsDelivery head, project supervision, and subject matter expertise- Stakeholder management (Internal & External) - Provide industry and subject area thought leadership for Market Access in terms of white papers, publications, customer and industry forums - Proactively work with stakeholders in areas of training, transition, quality control and assurance, transformation, automation, and process improvements - Ensuring successful project deliveries, audit compliance, and checksMinimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:- Graduate in sciences, pharmacy or MBBS, Postgraduate in management- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development and delivery supervision for patient support programs- Strong knowledge about competition and their offerings- Strong client contacts with clients in India (MNC and Indian companies)- Strong understanding of PSP market as well as regulations governing this area- Associations with industry groups/bodies,
