Job Description

    Head Collection Strategy Location - MumbaiCTC 40 to 55 lacs- Strategic re-design of current collection strategy; including treatment hierarchy, report standards and system enhancements. - Carry out periodic amendments in Policy & SOPs basis any changes proposed by regulatory Ensure to have robust collection platform which can be leveraged by collections team to ease out their day-to-day operations., co-ordinate with the development team to enhance the platform as per the requirements & conduct UAT and ensure implementation within specified timelines .- Analyzes metrics and provides periodic reports to management and other key stakeholders for performance-to-goal realization - Develop Digital Channels for contactless collections for cost optimization, enhance performance of Pre-Delinquency Management & Early Delinquency Management utilizing customer attributes and behavioral model techniques along with BIU.- Look at delinquent pool and strategize to-do- Should be hands on with provisioning & analytics - Design cost saving strategy in collections- Design innovative collections strategy- Maturity to interact with RBI / regulators,
