Our client is a leading and known luxury brand in India, headquartered in Mumbai.They have entrusted us to search Head - Digital Marketing role with 12 to 18 years of experience.Key responsibilities:- Drive brand salience for products through digital marketing strategy.- Responsible for online sales, should ideally have multi category platform experience.- Deliver ROI on marketing campaigns- Closely with product and site merchandising for seamless campaign design and delivery- Design communication plans for all digital channels- Deliver traffic to website/app installs and delivery cost efficiency metrics on the same- Manage organic traffic through SEO.- Optimize media mix for low CPR and deliver defined CPT/ROAS- Should be well versed with AdWords/FB / Google/ Mobile Ads and all paid media for digital performance including social and emerging channels- Should have experience in managing a DMP / email /notification campaigns- Should have a web analytics certification- Leverage digital assets to drive business objectives of E-commerce. Create and sustain opportunities to enhance customer engagement on a continuous basis.- Ensure all the Digital marketing activities are conducted within budgets. Create the media mix within the digital space with the objective of getting the maximum reach impact.- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Lead the efforts of digital marketing and CRM: customer acquisition and retention, Performance marketing of all digital channels.- Anticipate Sales Performance Trends, research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.,
