Hiring HR Head for our E-commerce client.Location- MumbaiSalary Range- Upto 36 LPAOnly Mumbai candidates,#MBA in HR with overall 15+ years exp as #HR generalist (min 7 years from E-commerce industry) and who can join at the earliest may apply.Key Responsibility Areas:- Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals- Leading end to end HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS, payroll) and financial planning of the department- Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the functions within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance- Developing company wellbeing, health and counselling policies- Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management- Direct the development and implementation of organizational development programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines, equal opportunity employment programs and employee records and documentation policies.Skills & Competencies:Organisational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are keyEmotional Intelligence - lead the HR team, managing diverse personalities and viewpoints.
