    Head HR for Business ( FMCG)_Pan India_Mumbai_FMCG leader- Managing Entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit for all employees of the designated departments- Manpower Planning of New Businesses, Budgeting , Job Evaluation, structure benchmarking and Key external talent- Building a new function, - Leading Campus Programs like Sales Visionary Program and Territory Sales Executives Program- Leading Capability Building Programs under Commercial University - Trainer of Managerial Effectiveness - Member of Diversity & Inclusion committee- Design & formulate the HR Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and roadmap to compliment the Business objectives & strategy.- Organization design & Restructuring to create functional structures that would complement the business strategy and drive growth.- Drive Talent Management & Capability Development to strengthen talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization. Setup & streamline HR processes (from Hire to Retire) around Recruitment, Engagement, Training, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Retention, Performance Management, Reward & Recognition.- Lead the Talent Acquisition function for the business & setup campus processes & programs,
