Revenue and new customer acquisition will be a very important part of your KPI. You will need to lead a team to plan, implement, analyze and optimize all activities to hit your target numbers.Manage partnership growth by enabling new partner additions, increase new customers onboarded from existing partners and increasing revenue generated by partners.Manage a partner onboarding team to on-board new Authorized partners and grow the partner network.Manager a Partner success team enabling existing partners to provide sales and revenue business to the organisationsEnd to End management of the partnership sales funnel channelWork with the marketing team to plan and execute promotion initiatives across all partner channelsWork with Customer service to set up a partner service desk and ensure timely service to partnersWork with Tech to introduce new partner related products to help onboard and service the partners betterProfile / Skills required :8+ years of experience with at least 4 years of experience as a leaderExtremely outcome drivenA good team leader who pushes the team to achieve stretch targets and keeps the team motivated at the same timeProficient in understanding various sales and digital channelsExceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn t working nad strong analytical skillsExcellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties and great conflict management skillsExceptional written and verbal communications skillsMBA in Marketing from Top B-Schools across the globe,
