Job Description

Oversee OTB activities

Provide support to OTB team in case of escalations
Ensure appropriate staffing
Ensure adherence to SoA for margins payment terms
Ensure compliance to legal guidelines for order booking
Escalate critical show stoppers on order booking, billing, revenue recognition
Provide support to Singapore Logistics operations
Oversee procurements and imports of equipment from OEMS

Revenue Assurance

Review revenue projections with sales, partners management, pre-sales, delivery finance teams and highlight dependencies for resolution
Review procurements, vendor deliveries billings
Escalate deviations / billing shortfalls
Engage with Sales, Partners Management, Commercial, Finance Delivery Heads in case of escalations

Global orders / TPA OTB Process

Provide OTB support for India business for GCS Global Orange orders (A-end customers)
Engage with CoE Head, overseas Orange entities to appraise them of the process
Ensure TPA process and approvals are in place before order booking and billing
Escalate any deviations / show stoppers

Quality initiatives / Process Excellence

Review OTB Process for improvements and implementation process improvements
Drive improvement projects for OTB
Monitor, analyze and implement corrective action for key OTB performance parameters
Participate in ISO audits

About You

Virtual team management experience.
Good level of practiced commercial knowledge and general knowledge about taxation
Managerial experience of Imports and Exports
Managerial experience of supply chain management and logistics for international shipments
Managerial experience of procurements from OEMS like Cisco, Avaya, etc.,
