    Head - Sales for a leading organization catering to pharma QC and R&DWe are a leading, professionally managed Executive Search organization engaged in identifying Senior Talent for our clients who are World-Renowned MNCs & Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and across India.Our clients are a leading organization offering niche products & services to the pharma, agriculture, and other industries. They have rapidly growing operations across India. Their high-value products (Rs. 10 lakhs - Rs. 70 lakhs) are sold B2B to QC and R&D functions.Our clients are looking for an accomplished Head - Sales & Business Development to lead a team of BDMs and take ownership of the Pan-India Business. Will report to the CEO. The position can be based in Mumbai, Pune, or Hyderabad.Ideal candidates must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.Job Profile 1. Deliver Sales targets. Head and grow the business in India and neighboring countries2. Build & nurture relationships with CXOs of pharmaceutical companies3. Lead a team of Sales Executives4. Explore and build credible new business opportunities for the organizations capabilities-based product solutions range of products and solutions in the non-Pharma sector5. Resolve technical queries and provide solutions to existing clientsCandidate Profile:1. Education: Preferably BE & MBA2. 10 - 20 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years experience as a Top management team member of a small or mid-sized company2. Should have sold high-ticket products to R&D and QC of pharma organizations.3. Must have led a team of at least 3+4. Proven track record in selling technical products or software solutions to corporates and manufacturing facilities.5.
