Building social and brand equity for Arogya Parivar through innovative program and effective execution.Direct and lead social outreach program for social business in order to deliver healthcare access in bottom of pyramid (rural population earning less than 42 / day) Develop a healthcare program by forming external and internal alliances with NGOs and like - minded organisations aimed to improving health care scenario in remote villages Recruit , train and develop a team of Health Educators to raise awareness on health and refer people to doctors for timely and right treatments Develop strategy to for deeper societal impact Conceptualize and develop new social health awareness programs in alignment with the commercial teamDevelop new program concepts and enlarge the awareness campaigns based on the overall Therapeutic Area coverage strategy.
