Executive Hiring is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain professional as Head - Strategic - Logistics & Warehousing for an FMCG, based at Mumbai.Engineer and a Post Grad in Ops with 8-10 years of work experiences in the areas of Logistics ( Primary & Secondary ), Warehousing and Distribution Centers in an FMCG.The role :- Analyze Category Spend (Primary and secondary logistics , ware housing , DC)- Extract short/mid/long term business requirements by communicating with key stakeholders (Goals, Trends , Budgets).- Ensure compliance at all level.- Analyze Industry and Market Movers.- Know the market by communicating with suppliers (visits, logistics fairs, magazine) to understand the key players and improve negotiations- Develop sourcing strategy and run RFP in line with business needs, compliance requirement and Purchase & vendor management policies.- Implement Zonal / Global best practices in sync with country needs.- Support Operations team at all times and in case of roadblocks / Change management.- Control category spend and its drivers by analyzing internal profiling, economic factors and costs to provide visibility of key drivers.- Supporting the implementation of supplier and/or supply chain function strategy which will include spend/supply assessments, consolidation strategy, sourcing selection, financial and make vs buy analyses- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.In case this of interest to you, please forward your detailed resume, mentioning CTC.For any further clarity, please feel free to each out to Sanjoy @ 9046968619,
