    Hi,We have urgent requirement for International BPO Voice processes in Mumbai, Thane and Airoli.JOB PROFILEInteracting with International customers through voice processResponding to customer calls and providing support and assistanceWilling to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (Telecom, e-commerce, Insurance Follow UP, Provider outreach program etc.)Maintain the individual daily logs.Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAsWork cohesively in a team setting.
