Job Description

Managing post sanctioning workflow in Loan Management System (LMS) of the organisation, which is currently managed under Omnifin ERP
Managing disbursal booking in Omnifin
Collection accounting in Omnifin ERP
Collection reconciliation between transaction booked in Accounting System (Tally) and LMS
Validating GL boking in Omnifin
Bank reconciliation process in Omnifin & Tally ERP
Generating monthly Trial balance from Omnifin LMS.
Designing and executing an efficient Banking & Disbursement process
Setting up Robust Operational Risk Management Framework
Aware of CERSAI reporting to be done to regulators
Knowledge of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) related filings to be done with NHB under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Scheme
Setting up Customer Service Desk to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and cross selling of business to existing clients
Will be responsible for TAT for Customer Service request closures
Bench marking Staff Productivity in line with best in the business
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ops and business MIS to the stakeholders
Reporting and measuring Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) like Revenue, AUM, NPA, Collection, Forward flow etc.
Primarily responsible for effective external communication of the NBFC activities together with reporting to be done with NHB/RBI
Professional and administrative responsibility to develop and maintain appropriate organization and grow it to become one of leading NBFC in India
