Roles and ResponsibilitiesUse of consulting skills, business process knowledgeSAP CS application expertise and understand clients business environment mapped to SAP ERPAchieve client expected business resultsQualifications and Experience:Graduate Engineer from reputed college At least 3 years of functional experience in Customer Service domainHands-on SAP CS configuration experience with focus on CS functionalities repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customerExperience of one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience would be desirableAt least 4 years of Experience in supporting SAP ERP at large client engagementExperience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modulesResponsibilities:Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients business functionalityAnalyse the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client s needs Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and resolve software problemsHelp develop necessary modifications/enhancements to address clients needsGuide end-users on how to do basic transactions in SAP system and solve problemsAble to understand the issues/tickets, get Root cause for the problem and categorize them into respective functionsUnderstand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issueUnderstand the different SLAs and coordinate with support team for expediting the resolution of ticketsAbility to Coordinate with Business users and Support teamAbility to escalate the issues to the next level and keep users updated about the progress of the issue. Understand the different monitoring requirementsProactively provide overall feedback to Production Support ManagerAbility to search for similar problems in the database and suggest resolution as applicable or pass it on to right stream of next level of support for quick resolutionUnderstands interfaces/batch jobs workingOther Attributes:Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendationsAble to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skillsMust be able to work independently and can manage own workload with little to no supervisionAble to Multi-task and work under tight deadlinesAbility to cope with constantly changing prioritiesMaintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction Installation Experience
