Job Description

    • Achieve the sales target for the
    • Develop strategies to reach out to targeted customers and maximizing the
    • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent
    • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual
    • Assist customers with their decorating needs, selling home makeover products; Maintain records for the
    • Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and
    • Coordinate with the stakeholders across departments in order to ensure the customer has an excellent
    • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits
    • Churn out renders as per customer requirements and specifications.
    Job Specification:
    • Proven experience as Marketing/sales preferably in real estate domain
    • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
    • Experience of dealing with the interior designers, builders and architects.
